We just made it through security check in Houston (better pictures to come)

Dear Becca, Your trip sounds fantastic. what an opportunity to see African animals up close and personal!!!Shopping sounds really cool too.. bringing back pottery--wow. Gma and I have been logging on each night to see what you have been doing. It is so sad with such a high HIV rate for these children. Sounds like you need a little better Central Supply with a few needed supplies. We all commend you for helping do what you can for these children. I was very impressed with your dad telling us he has a dictionary to look up African words!!!! then he told me he made it up!!! Oh well, you be careful and listen to your dad about going off by yourself. Be safe and have a wonderful time. You are so fortunate to be given this opportunity to travel and learn about Africa.
